Napco Siding Prices
Napco siding prices will fall somewhere in the $3 to $8 psf range fully installed. Napco is owned by Ply Gem siding, which also owns Variform and Mastic Home Exteriors. This covers everything associated with the project; the Napco product, all remaining project materials and the cost of labor and installation. In order to get the most competitive price available, make sure to get at least three bids from local companies and compare the products and installation costs thoroughly.

Napco American Comfort Siding
The American Comfort is the entry level siding from Napco and comes in four profiles, including a double 4", double 5", souble 4.5" doutch lap and a triple 3". The siding has a .040" thickness and is available in 14 Napco colors. The American Comfort is comparable in price and quality to Mitten Oregon Pride.
Napco American Splendor Siding
The Napco American Splendor is a non foam backed (non insulated vinyl siding) cladding with a .046 thickness and a 70 out of 100 vinyl siding ratings Consumer Reports. This rating puts it right in the middle of vinyl lap cladding reviewed by Consumer Reports. The product is available in 25 unique colors.

Napco American Essence
The American Essence is a thick insulated siding panel that is available in two profiles, including a double 6" and a single 7". The siding comes in a natural cedar grain with a low gloss and is available in14 color options. Foam backed panels will be considerably more expensive than non insulated or foam back options. Consumers can expect to pay somewhere between $1.75 to $2.25 per square foot for the boards. Compare the Napco American Essence to Gentek Enfusion siding.
Napco Siding Warranty
Napco offers a Lifetime Transferable Warranty on all of their vinyl siding panels. The company agress to replace, repair or refund the cost of the siding and installation if the boards blister, flake, peel or weather unevenly as a result of the manufacturing process. The warranty covers excessive color fade, but does not provide an actual definition of what constitutes "excessive." There is a hail provision that covers the product portion not covered by homeowner's insurance (it does not cover any installation costs, which is pretty standard in the industry.) The warranty covers the original owner for their life and the warranty can be transferred one time to a new owner. However, the warranty for the new owner is pro-rated, meaning that they will only cover a portion of the vinyl siding and that percentage goes down every year (the company only covers 10% of the cost at year 14 after the original purchase date.)
Additional Materials
Additional materials will cost, on average, $1 to $2 per square foot. These materials include houewrap or sheathing, collated nails for the nail guns, all of the trim boards, soffits and fascia, inside and outside corner pieces, gable vents and any additional decorative materials. The cost of labor and installation for most vinyl and/or shingle projects will run in the $1 to $3 range. There are a number of factors that will determine the overall price; what part of the country you live in, the time of year you choose to side or reside your home, the contractor's overhead and billing practices, etc.
