The Alside Ascend is a composite cladding that mimics the look of real wood. Additionally, the Ascend comes in 2 unique profiles that include a 7 inch plank and a 12 inch board and batten option. Also, it comes with the company's limited lifetime warranty that may be transferred to a subsequent homeowner. Consumer Reports rated Prodigy 70 out of 100, placing it towards the middle of the pack in terms of overall rating. (Heartland CedarMAX received the highest rating of 83).
