Maxitile Siding Prices
Maxitile fiber cement siding is manufactured by Elementia, which is a large building supply company. The Maxitile is sold under the name Allura, which is a Plycem brand (not to be confused with Plygem). Anyone confused? If you are, you are not alone. Regardless of the corporate structure, Maxitile or Allura is a fiber cement cladding that looks like wood, is quite durable and carries a 50 year warranty (see below.) The company claims that the color is superior based on the high quailty of primer they use, which is a Sherwin Williams product.
The Maxitile textures are pretty darn realistic and they offer quite a few variables such as the fiesta stucco that makes for some interesting choices. Maxitile is headquartered in Houston, Tx. and should be available in many parts of the country.

MaxiPLANK Siding
MaxiPLANK 12' boards are available in 3 texture options, including a traditional cedar, smooth and colonial cedar.
MaxiPANEL
The MaxiPANEL panels comes in a 4' wide board that can be ordered in a 8', 9', or 10' length and consumers can choose from 4 available textures, including cedar, firesta stucco, smooth and V-groove (which is a reverse board and batten option.)

Maxitile Siding Warranty
The Maxitile warranty covers the panels for 50 years from the date of purchase. This is a transferrable warranty to one subsequent owner. The remainder of the warranty is spent covering all of the exclusions and limitations that apply, so we urge homeowners and buyers to read the warranty in full (it's only 1 page) in order to understand what ISN"T covered on this product.
